How will my order be shipped?
All US orders shipped by Brightstar will ship via FedEx. International orders will be shipped via UPS.

When will my order ship?
We process orders Monday - Friday, excluding major US holidays. For in-stock inventory, orders will ship within 3 business days of when the order is placed. Unfortunately, we cannot back order inventory that is currently not in-stock.

What days do you ship?
Brightstar will ship orders Monday through Friday for delivery five days a week, excluding major US holidays.

Outside the US
For orders shipping outside the US, the shipping pricing includes cost of freight, insurance, and a fuel surcharge. When will my international shipment arrive?
International shipment times can vary. Once they reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Additionally, increased shipments during the holiday season may affect timing. All shipments will be processed within 3 business days from receipt of order.

I have qouple of questions please: I come from Serbia and I have some friends in Miami, Florida that will come to Serbia next month and they are willing to bring me the Android Dev Phone 1. Could you please tell me, are there any aditional costs for shipping the phone to Florida? I have read somewhere that some guy from Texas had to pay 37$ tax fees. Does that count for Florida also? And as I understood, shiping for US is free?

I suggest to take advantage of this to ask your friends to bring you a G1 phone, which can be bough without any data plan, as well. Given that, I don't see any advantage offerred by the ADP1 with respect to the G1!

hey, for shipping products outside US,Viaddress is the best . I have been using them since many years. Their rates are much lower thanBongous, Vpost, Borderlinx .

I quite agree that Viaddress.com at http://www.viaddress.com offers the lowest shipping rates to forward packages from the US to other countries. Anyone can do a comparison of the shipping rates and find out that Viaddress is the best option if you’re planning to shop from US merchants.

The fact that they don’t have a Setup fee or a monthly membership fee, had convinced me to use them for my last purchase from the states, and I’m quite satisfied with the speed of the processing of my packages.
