Ok my friends,
this is the information I was able to collect by surfing the net and by watching the available videos:

Dimension: 55mm x 115mm x 7.1 mm
Radio interfaces: 2G (GSM/GPRS/EDGE)& 3G (UMTS/HSDPA) & WiFi (802.11b/g)
Supported RF bands: 850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz
Main HW charachteristics:
- full QWERTY keypad (sliding horizontally, the screen reorients based on the keyboard position)
- 3.17" touchscreen display (480 x 320)
- navigation controls below the display
- 3.0 Mpixel camera without flash
- Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR (Enhanced Data Rate)
- GPS with a compass and an accelerometer (as clearly showed in the Google I/O Street View demo)

The SW features are all but secrets because they derives directly from the new 0.9 Android SDK beta 1 , including:
- GUI based on multiple home screens and a tray of visible commonly used icons
- full HTML internet capabilities via the WebKit based browser, also having the magnifying glass effect

That's all folks.
