Unlocked Android G1 on ebay

Hi all,
I have just realized that on ebay it is possible to find some sellers which offer the Android G1 unlocked

How possible is it :?:

By means of Google it is not difficult to find a site which claims to be able to unlock G1:
it is necessary to fill a form with the phone's 'IMEI in order to receive by email the unlock code (actual price is 22.99 $)

As far as you can read in the site:

I suppose that the unlocking mechanism of HTC phones is more or less the same for all the models so they suceeded to offer this service (if we can say so... :mrgreen:

) as soon as the official availability of G1 (power of the commerce...)

Therefore, now it is only a matter of finding the HTC Dream at a good price on ebay...
